As a professional services company our client base is businesses. RSTS provides outstanding and reliable technical support, network design and engineering, project management and other IT related services. As such our business model necessitates a certain cost structure. While there may be may be some ability to be negotiable depending on certain factors. RSTS will not comprise the quality of its delivered services to compete with Internet based pricing or "Big Box Mentality". True “QUALITY” business support requires an understanding of the client’s requirements, in depth technical knowledge facilitated by deliberate thinking, and intuitive problem solving skills.
RSTS provides its products and services in a competitive environment; however it is not a lowest cost facility. If you are looking for cheap you will not find it here. If your needs are reflective of real customer service where you speak to local, competent personnel, with a high degree of availability, then you have come to the right place. We will take care of you.
Not every process benefits from fast and cheap. Customer service and support is one of them.
Technical Support and consulting services are available at an hourly rate or by contract. Projects are priced by hardware requirements, installation and implementation and other issues specified in any prepared quotation or engineering document.
